The cost of pet cremation in Ireland varies depending on the type of cremation service chosen and the size of the pet.

Our prices range from €250 upwards to €400 for an individual, private cremation.

Unlike communal cremations where multiple pets are cremated together, the pet is cremated alone and the ashes are returned to the owner.

Pricing by Weight

Less than 10kg – €250

11-20kg – €300

21-30kg – €350

31kg + – €400

Included in this price is a scatter tube and a framed pawprint of your pet
Extra costs apply for urns and keepsakes

How Our Pet Cremation Service Works

We understand how difficult it is to say goodbye to a beloved pet. At Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremations, we are here to provide a respectful and dignified farewell, ensuring that every step is handled with care and compassion.

Reach out to us by phone or through our contact form to begin arrangements. We will need a few details, including your pet’s size and location, to ensure everything is handled smoothly.

Collection or Drop-Off (By Appointment Only)

Collection Service – We will arrange for a dignified collection of your pet from your home or veterinarian’s office. Our team handles each pet with the utmost care and respect. Upon collection, a unique identifier will be assigned to ensure that your pet’s ashes are returned to you with complete accuracy.
(A small additional collection charge may apply for locations more than one hour from Laois.)

Drop-Off Option – If you prefer, you can bring your pet to our facility at
R32 YX67. Please note that this is strictly by appointment only to ensure privacy for yourself and others.

Choose a Memorial Keepsake

We offer a range of memorial options, including urns and keepsakes to help you cherish your pet’s memory in a way that feels right for you. You can view our full selection in our Keepsakes section on our website.

The Cremation Process

Your pet will be individually cremated with great care, ensuring their dignity at every stage. We handle each cremation personally, guaranteeing that the ashes you receive belong solely to your pet.

Ashes Returned

Once the cremation is complete, your pet’s ashes will be returned to you in your chosen urn or keepsake. You can choose from the following options for receiving them:

Direct Return – Delivered to your home or a location of your choice
(some charges may apply)

Veterinarian Collection – We can return the ashes to your veterinary clinic for you to collect (some charges may apply)

In-Person Pickup – Available by appointment at our facility

We aim to have the ashes returned within four working days
