I truly can’t thank Tom enough for the compassion he showed us from the moment we got in touch. We lost our wonderful dog Ivy just before Christmas, and Tom’s kindness, sensitivity, and patience were deeply appreciated. He made a very dark time that much lighter for us.

Tom came to our house and collected Eric and returned him within 36 hours. All the while showing great compassion and empathy. Excellent service.

There will never be enough words to express how caring and compassionate Tom was to our wonderful Bane, after going through a horrible experience with Banes passing Tom really took some of that pain from us and showed so much respect to Bane and us and I will never forget that. Tom went above and beyond for Bane and I could see that he is a respectful and caring man. 4 weeks ago today our beautiful boy Sam passed away, we were & still are heartbroken but Tom from Rainbow Bridge took so much of our stress away coming to our home spending time with us & looked after our furbaby with the upmost respect, compassion & dignity… Tom brought Sam’s ashes back home to us 2 days later & again took the time to sit with us & chat about Sam’s life with us.. we cannot thank you enough Tom for how u looked after us & our precious boy, we are forever grateful.
